Nope! Never have, never will. We're dedicated to using the best possible ingredients in our products, even if it means a little extra effort.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant and/or nursing?

Our products are formulated with ingredients considered safe for use while pregnant and/or nursing. Though, as with any new skincare product, we recommend consulting with your doctor prior to use.

glowoasis is committed to sharing our full ingredient lists with you 24/7, but because we are constantly improving our formulas and ingredients often change, these lists may not be 100% accurate. Check your product packaging for the most up-to-date information.

How do you suggest applying your products?

In general, they should be applied in order from lightest to densest (meaning the lightweight products go first). You can also go to each product's page for more specific instructions.

What skin types are glowoasis products suitable for?

All skin types! sensitive skin, too. glowoasis is made with only vegan, gluten-free, natural ingredients. 

Will my product melt/dry/freeze etc.?

If the product is exposed to excessive heat or cold temperatures, it may affect the texture, but, rest assured, it will not impact product efficacy. We promise your products will be just as enjoyable to use!

How are glowoasis products different from those of other beauty brands?

We created our products with our signature vegan probiotics, derived from Korean napa cabbage. We use liposome technology to allow our vegan probiotics to absorb deeper into the skin for maximum effect. No nasties are ever allowed in our clean formulas. What are probiotics?

Probiotics are microorganisms that provide health benefits when consumed (mostly digestive). But the American Academy of Dermatology recently discovered that they can be greatly beneficial for your skin, too! They act as a protective shield that prevents premature aging in the skin, which can be caused by environmental stressors like UV rays. Probiotics are also known for improving skin elasticity, collagen structure, and epidermal thickness.

What's the difference between regular probiotics & vegan probiotics?

For ethical, environmental and/or health reasons, increasing numbers of people are choosing to become vegans, avoiding meat, eggs, fish and dairy. Some people even try to avoid clothing, household products, and cosmetics that use animal by-products. Animal-derived ingredients, such as dairy, are often used in the growth and production of probiotics in the form of active and excipient ingredients.

For glowoasis, our main source of probiotics is napa cabbage. We extract plant-based Lactobacillus (Lactobacillus plantarium) by going through ferment optimization. The result is our signature vegan probiotics, which are known to promote overall skin health in many ways, such as preventing premature aging, boosting hydration, and strengthening the skin barrier.

How are glowoasis’s products tested?

Our probiotic ingredients and formulas are dermatologist-tested and approved and evaluated by third-party, independent GMP or ISO certified cosmetic labs to ensure they are safe, effective, and clean.

What is the expiration date after opening my product?

We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening.

Why do glowoasis products contain fragrance?

We believe that a pleasant scent has a positive effect on our emotions and memory; our goal is to provide a happy experience beyond skincare. All glowoasis products use HICC* free fragrance for you to enjoy without any worries!

*Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, a synthetic fragrance ingredient known for its high risk of contact allergies, banned in EU and KR.

What is the scent of glowoasis products?

The first glowoasis skincare line contains a fresh floral scent inspired by a blooming cactus rose from the desert.

Why is my glowshot eyedropper not working properly?

Due to the product density, sometimes the eyedropper will not fully suck up the serum. Please squeeze the eyedropper a few times before opening, so there is enough pressure in the bottle before use.

Why is it so hard to scoop out the glowburst cream?

Our glowburst cream is coated with a thin layer of oil for maximum, long-lasting hydration. Therefore, the texture may be slippery when you scoop with your finger during the last step of your skincare routine. Scoop with clean, dry fingers to get more product out of the container.

Are your products suitable for ages 65 and over?

Of course! Our vegan probiotic skincare products are safe and effective for ALL ages. Packed with powerful antioxidants and 100% clean, vegan ingredients, these products protect against harmful environmental aggressors and fight the effects of aging.

Can I use milkdew if I have sensitive skin?

To make sure milkdew is right for you, please read the full list of ingredients located on the product page. If you have sensitive skin or any known allergies, please consult with your doctor before using. Our milkdew toner penetrates deep into the skin to efficiently hydrate and nourish, which may cause slight irritation and redness to those with sensitive skin. However, with consistent use, this reaction may gradually decrease for healthy, glowing skin! If irritation persists, please discontinue use immediately and consult with your doctor.

What is your return policy?

We want you to find your glow with our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ve got you covered!

We offer a full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store. Please note, all gift cards and free gifts are final sale.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, just head over here.

All you'll need is your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order to get started. If you don't know your order number, you can usually locate the number by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are still not able to find it, you can contact us at hello@glowoasis.com 

Do I need to pay to ship a return?

All returns within the US are FREE! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

If you choose to return your glowoasis product by another service other than our standard return service, you must indicate so and pay any applicable additional charges. You must pay any taxes, customs, and fees incurred regarding your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns take about two weeks to process - including transit time to our warehouse. Once processed, your refund will be initiated, and we’ll notify you via email.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), so if you place one on those days, it should generally ship within 24-48 hours. We ship with UPS and USPS (DHL for international orders), so if you're in the U.S., your items should get to you about 3-5 business days after shipping. Standard international shipping usually takes about 1-3 weeks.

Where does glowoasis ship from?

We ship from the northeastern U.S. - South Plainfield, New Jersey, to be exact.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, with the following exceptions: Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Taiwan, and Russia.

Quebec Bill 96 Statements

Due to the French language requirements of Bill 96, we have temporarily suspended shipments to Quebec, Canada.

How can i check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email within 24 hours from hello@glowoasis.com with the tracking info. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. You can also check your order status in the orders section of your account page.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

Sorry! We can only apply one promo code per order.

I need to cancel/edit my order.

Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to your glowoasis order once it has been placed. This includes adding/removing items, changing the shipping method, or canceling it entirely. If you need help with an order that has already been placed, please reach out to us at cs@glowoasis.com and we'll help you to the best of our ability.

Help! There’s something wrong with my order.

We hope this never happens, but if your glowoasis package arrives with any missing, incorrect, or damaged items, email us right away at cs@glowoasis.com so we can make it right. Please be sure to include photos of your packing slip & any damage.

Do you offer glowoasis e-gift cards?

Yes! We offer glowoasis e-gift cards ranging in value from $25-$100. Simply purchase the gift card for the amount of your choice & place your order.

Shortly after your order is received, you will get an email with your unique code & redemption instructions. If you’re gifting this to someone else, just share the code with them!

To redeem your gift card, use the code provided to you in the promo code box at checkout. Once you add the code, you will see the balance deducted from your order’s total.

We’d love to hear your feedback! To leave a review, kindly go to the product page of the item you wish to review, and scroll to the bottom. In the right corner, you’ll see a button that reads “leave a review”. Click that button, and it will take you there.

What is Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Installments with Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Installments with Afterpay?

Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on glowoasis.com website.

Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth instalment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.
