Can I use glowoasis products if I have sensitive skin?

Do glowoasis products contain fragrances?
We offer a variety of products formulated without fragrances, as well as some made with *HICC-free fragrances. While fragrances can often irritate the skin, *HICC-free fragrances are safe for those with sensitive skin. glowoasis is a gentler skincare option suitable for all skin types.

No. We never have and never will. We’re committed to using only clean, non-toxic ingredients in all our formulas.
What are probiotics?
Probiotics are the ‘good bacteria’ that help keep your skin’s microbiome in balance and your immune system strong. They’re known to enhance skin elasticity, boost moisture absorption and improve hydration, all while protecting the skin from environmental damage and warding off signs of aging like fine lines. What's the difference between regular probiotics & vegan probiotics?
While both regular probiotics and vegan probiotics are produced through the process of fermentation, vegan probiotics are only created from vegan sources. Regular probiotics are mostly dairy-based, making them more likely to cause irritation and allergies, much like dairy does. Vegan probiotics are more effective given the reduced risk. They are also generally safer than regular probiotics, as animal-derived ingredients typically contain unwanted additives.

What is the expiration date after opening my product?
On each product, locate the period after opening (PAO) symbol. This will specify the time frame the product can be used after opening. Generally, we recommend using our products within 12 months after opening.
What order should I apply your products in?
In general, our products should be applied in order from lightest texture to heaviest. Please visit each product’s page for more specific instructions.
Will my product melt/dry/freeze etc.?
If the product is exposed to excessive heat or cold temperatures, it may affect the product’s texture, but it will not impact product efficacy. Your product will still deliver the results you love.
Why is my dropper not working properly for glowshot?
This type of dropper typically works best when the pipette, or glass part of the dropper, is emptied first and then squeezed while dropping it back into the bottle.
Release the dropper once it’s fully inserted, allowing it to refill.
Why am I having difficulty scooping out my glowburst moisturizer?
Due to glowburst’s unique transformative gel texture, this moisturizer may be slippery during application. We recommend scooping out glowburst with clean, dry fingers to get more product out of the container.

When will my order ship?
Orders with standard shipping will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for the estimated delivery date.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ve got you covered. We offer a full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store. Please note, all e-gift card purchases are final.
How do I start a return?
We are dedicated to providing our customers with clean, effective vegan skincare they can trust. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us at CS@glowoasis.com with your order number and zip code.
We’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund on new and/or gently-used products returned within 30 days of purchase from glowoasis.com.
There is no restocking fee, and we can provide you with a prepaid label upon request.
Do I need to pay to ship a return?
All returns within the U.S. are free. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid UPS shipping label. If you choose to return your glowoasis product through your own preferred shipping method, you must indicate so and pay any applicable additional charges. You must pay any taxes, customs, and fees incurred regarding your order.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns take about two weeks to process, including transit time to our warehouse. Once processed, your refund will be initiated, and we’ll notify you via email.

You cannot use more than one promo code at a time per order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email within 24 hours from firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking information. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. You can also check your order status in the orders section of your account page at any time to stay updated.
I need to cancel or edit my order. How do I do this?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your glowoasis order once it’s placed. This includes adding or removing items, changing the shipping method, or canceling it entirely. If you need help with an order that has already been placed, please reach out to us immediately at email@example.com.

Yes! We offer glowoasis e-gift cards ranging in value from $25, $50, $75, and $100. Simply purchase the e-gift card for the amount of your choice and place your order. If you’re gifting this e-gift card to someone, share the code with them directly and/or forward the email.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them with four easy payments made every 2 weeks — always interest-free! It is one of our payment methods for our customers.
How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add the product(s) you’d like to purchase to your cart. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details before finalizing their payment. Returning customers can simply log in to their Afterpay account to make a purchase.
Please note that all items in your cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

How does the payment schedule work with Afterpay?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date.
In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.
